Training airplane
Time to Fly
During your flight training you will gradually learn to be the master of the airplane. We recomend that once you start training you fly for two or three hours a week at the begining. Training two hours a week will keep your skills fresh and you will be able to retain alot of your new skills. After time you will find that flying is like riding a bike and even with periodic breaks from flying it should not take too long to get your skills back to a safe level.
Course outline
Training for a sports pilots license takes around twenty five to firty hours. There is a minimum of twenty hours needed for a license. The test can be taken in the USA, England or Australia.

Training Airplane
We have two airplanes that we use. Our X-Air is used as the primary trainer. This airplane is fitted with dual throttle, pedals and sticks.
It's cruise speed is alot slower than the Zenair airplane. The slower speeds make landings a lot easier and less stressful for the new pilot.
